Ankla’s Story:

Well, at first, my musical story did not start at all ;-) As a kid, I didn't have access to piano or string instrument lessons in my small town. I focused on school and sports instead. Decades later, as a working mother, I visited a music exhibition, and there it was: a cello. I stepped into the room - and it was love at first sight. The first moment I ever held a cello was at the tender age of 42, and I finally learned that I am a person shaped to wrap myself around a cello.

Other hobbies and interests:

Apart from being a working mom of two girls and an active member of our local church, I am an apiarist with 4 bee colonies, love reading (about bees and otherwise), and cycling. I also love baking our own bread, but can't do this as often as I would like to.
