Today I posted the following to the Internet Cello Society facebook page.

Dear Cello Friend, I am sending you a special invitation to join the next Global Cello Project - Project #18 - Danse Macabre by Camile Saint-Saëns. Registration is now open!! You can register HERE and GLOBALCELLOPROJECT.com has all the information you need to participate! And we are hosting DAILY live practice sessions on zoom which you can join at the same time. If you haven’t done one of these video projects before, all you need is your cello and two devices - eg a phone and a tablet, or a phone and a computer - one for listening to the backing tracks on your headphones and one for making your recording. Join our amazing community on Facebook and in live sessions, share experience, get support, be inspired and have fun playing great music with other cellists from around the world. I hope you will join us - HERE is a video to hear all the parts of this arrangement of Danse Macabre. |
